QUOTATION AND SALES ORDER

First we go to task menu and select the quote and sales order:

First we select the customer i.d and select the date and also select the goods through date and chose the quote number.in this process item and quantity include and also includes the unit price.Description is part of quote section.

                 

SALES ORDER;

First we select the customer i.d and also select the date when we sell the goods.now select the ship,quote and sales order number.select the quantity and item those we used and also select the description.then we can save the data.after convert the sales order number we select the sales order number.
